Facility Retals:  (SUBJECT TO CHANGE BY BOARD OF DIRECTORS)

     1)  Club Rental:  Post and Auxiliary Officers

     2)  Club Rental:  ACTIVE MEMBER/AUX MEMBER, (over 1 year)

     3)  Club Rental:  SOCIAL MEMBER, (over 1 year)

     4)  Club Rental:  NON MEMBER

     5)  Glen Morian Memorial Pavilion:  Post and Auxiliary Officers

     6)  Glen Morian Memorial Pavilion:  ACTIVE/AUXILIARY MEMBERS, (over 1 year)

     7)  Glen Morian Memorial Pavilion:  SOCIAL MEMBER, ( over 1 year)

     8)  Glen Morian Memorial Pavilion:  NON MEMBER

B.  The President of THE CORPORATION or the Canteen Manager is the only person to be contacted to enter into a Rental Agreement for Facility Rentals

C.  A $50 deposit will be required to rent facilities.  The member, organization, or group must notify the President of THE CORPORATION or the Club Manager at least 10 days in advance to cancel a booked date, or the deposit will be forfeited.

D.  The $50 deposit will be refunded if the member, organization or group cleans the facility after use, however, the clean up must be to the satisfaction of the President or the Canteen Manager.

E.  The deposit and fees must be paid to the Club Manager within 10 days of Rental Agreement.
